We recommend enquiring at least 12–18 months before your wedding date for peak season (October–March). That said, we occasionally accommodate shorter timelines — reach out and we'll be honest about availability.
Yes — the majority of our couples are based in the UK, UAE, USA, Canada, Singapore, and Australia. We run the entire planning process remotely via video calls, shared moodboards, and detailed written proposals. You need not visit Kerala until your wedding week.
Our planning service is comprehensive: venue scouting and coordination, vendor curation (décor, catering, photography, music, florals), guest accommodation logistics, ceremony choreography, and an on-ground team present throughout your wedding days. Every package is bespoke — we build around your vision, not a template.
Absolutely. We have planned Hindu, Christian, Muslim, Sikh, and blended celebrations. We work closely with officiants of all traditions and take great care to honour both families' customs with equal sensitivity and creativity.

Absolutely — and we warmly encourage it. Estate visits can be arranged by appointment, typically on non-event days. Many of our NRI couples complete the entire planning process remotely and visit for the first time during their wedding week, guided by our virtual tours, detailed photography, and video walkthroughs. Either path works beautifully. Mention your interest in a visit when you enquire and we'll arrange it.
Yes, with coordination. We maintain a curated network of Kerala's finest vendors — photographers, florists, caterers, musicians — who understand the estate intimately. You are welcome to bring your own specialists provided they are briefed through our planning team, meet our operational requirements, and are introduced at least eight weeks before your event. This ensures nothing about your celebration is left to chance.
