Sovnear provides the canvas — the full 4-acre estate, all eleven spaces, suite accommodation, and estate hospitality — exclusively yours for two days and two nights. Every element of your celebration — cuisine, florals, décor, photography, entertainment, and day-of coordination — is delivered by your chosen event management partner, or by one of our preferred specialist partners. All culinary services are delivered by your chosen catering partner or one of our preferred specialists. The estate provides full kitchen infrastructure, serving areas, and dining spaces.
Floral and décor design is the craft of your event partner's specialist. The estate's spaces — the Star Court, Nutmeg Garden, Ceremony Hall — provide the architectural canvas.
Production, sound, and lighting are handled by your event partner's technical team. The estate provides power infrastructure, rigging points, and generator backup as standard.
Concierge coordination and day-of logistics are led by your event management partner. The Sovnear estate team supports with venue access, on-estate transport, and Kerala hospitality throughout.
Photography, videography, and all documentation are provided by your chosen creative team. The estate's spaces, light, and landscape make Sovnear one of India's most photographed wedding venues.
