What is included in the Sovnear Standard — and what is not?
The Sovnear Standard covers the full estate, all four banquets, florals, décor, production, photography, videography, family suite stays, and concierge for up to 300 guests. Items billed separately on request: bar & alcohol licensing, off-site hotel rooms, and headline live performances. Your curator walks through every line item in your first conversation.
What is the payment cadence?
A phased schedule is shared with your personalised proposal — structured around clear milestones. Full terms are provided with your enquiry response. No surprises, no hidden additions.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Postponement within twelve months is honoured at no surcharge, subject to availability. Full cancellation terms — including force-majeure — are provided with your enquiry packet.
Can we bring our own pandit, planner, photographer, or designer?
Yes — selectively. Officiants, family pandits, and personal photographers are welcomed at no extra charge. Outside planners and decorators are case-by-case; your curator will tailor a plan that honours your existing relationships.
What if our guest count grows beyond 300?
300 is the capacity we recommend for the most refined experience. We have accommodated up to 360 with bespoke layout adjustments — your curator will model every change transparently in a revised written proposal before anything is confirmed.
What happens if monsoon arrives early?
Every ceremony has a fully-styled indoor mirror venue. Our Star Court retractable canopy is rated for monsoon-grade rain. We have never cancelled a wedding for weather since 2009.
Do you accommodate non-Hindu, multicultural, or interfaith ceremonies?
Entirely. We have hosted Christian, Muslim, Sikh, Jewish, Parsi, secular, and dual-tradition weddings — our team, menus, and décor adapt to any cultural framework you bring.
How accessible is the estate for elderly or differently-abled family?
Every event space has step-free access, dedicated buggies cover the grounds, and ADA-compliant suites are available. A guest liaison is assigned to elder care for the full duration.
